As soon as I open my eyes I close them again and say "thank you" for 3 things that happened the day before. Simple things like maybe the weather was fabulous or maybe your morning coffee tasted the best ever. It puts the first smile of the day on my face.
Not sure at this stage in my life who I am saying thank you to but it makes me feel so blessed and happy and looking forward to what this new day will bring.
I guess having THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE has always helped me through difficult times.
Apart from sharing the beach with a few seagulls I love starting the day with yoga at sunrise.
My mind, body and soul gets nourished and fed for the day ahead.
